Viv R. Penninti: President
& CEO
Mr. Penninti has extensive experience
in leading, managing and growing global business services
companies. Mr. Penninti was the CEO of iGATE Global
Solutions, an offshore IT services and BPO company based
in Bangalore, India with offices in Singapore, Tokyo,
and London. Mr. Penninti led the merger and integration
of IRG, eJiva and Mascot Systems to create a publicly
listed 3,000-person company with revenues of $125 million.
Prior to iGate, Mr. Penninti founded Innovative Resource
Group, an offshore SAP and data management service provider
that was sold to iGate Capital (NASDAQ listed) in March
2000. Prior to IRG, Mr. Penninti was the CEO of Management
Science Associates, a leading provider of marketing
data analytics and media ERP solutions provider where
Mr. Penninti generated profit and revenue growth in
excess of 30% annually over a seven year period. In
1996, E&Y recognized Mr. Penninti’s achievements
with an “Entrepreneur of the Year” nomination.
Mr. Penninti received a BE in Mechanical Engineering
from Osmania University (India) and a MBA and Master’s
degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon
University.
Mr. Veera Rao: Chief Technology
Officer
Mr. Rao has over 25 years
of experience developing, deploying, and managing Data
Management and IT solutions. Prior to InRhythm, Mr.
Rao was VP of Custom Development Services at iGate Corporations,
and eJiva, Inc. Mr Rao, helped in the development of
the first ERP system for the US Media industry while
working at marketing data analytics firm MSA in Pittsburgh.
Mr. Rao also worked at Dravo Corporation, a $200MM+
systems integration firm and worked for several years
at Carnegie Mellon University in the Department of Computer
Science. Mr. Rao holds a Masters in Computer Science
from the University of Pittsburgh (1982).
Ms.
Uma Shakthi: Vice President, Operations
Ms. Shakthi was the founder of
AquaRegia Technologies, an India based IT services firm
that won the best small business of the year in Hyderabad
in 2002. Ms. Shakthi was also recognized as the best
women entrepreneur of the year in 2003. She holds an
MA and MPhil in History from Osmania University (1984).
She brings a wealth of experience in operating and managing
a growth oriented company with strong emphasis on quality
control and operating procedures. She was instrumental
in AquaRegia Technologies gaining both the ISO 9000
and CMM certifications.
